Non so che competenze reali abbia sulle reti elettromagnetiche, ma in informatica è un ignorante che sarebbe buttato a calci fuori dall'aula per avere scritto una castroneria di tal fatta. |

Il Prof. Martin L. Pall, Professore emerito di Biochimica e di Scienze Mediche di Base della Washington State University, ha inviato alle istituzioni europee e statunitensi una revisione di studi che dimostrano la pericolosità della tecnologia 5G. Ho citato, in un mio precedente scritto, la decisione 1815 del 2011 del Consiglio D'Europa e l'ho riprodotta nella stesura originale in lingua inglese. La Comunità europea ha commissionato uno studio che riguarda i rischio CEM per bambini e adolecscenti: è ormai terminato da alcunu anni ma non viene pubblicato. A maggio verrà a Verbania uno dei massimi ricercatori dell'Istituto Ramazzini di Bologna a spiegare i risultato della ricerca decennale che ha riguardato i rischi delle antenne per la telefonia mobile. lo IARC considera i campi elettromagnetici possibili Cancerogeni. "Sanità e nuovo ospedale: confusione, incertezza e ambiguità" - 23 Febbraio 2020 - 20:44Sindaco QuarettaAffrontare il riassetto della sanità del vco, peraltro già delineati in passato, come una prova muscolare, anziché come una occasione (persa) di confronto non sui rapporti di forza, ma sui problemi da risolvere, scoraggia e soprattutto fa montare una rabbia profonda. Bene hanno fatto i nostri rappresentanti locali di cercare di spostare l'attenzione del Presidente Cirio sul territorio. Non potevano fare di più, perché contro la tracotanza e l'arroganza ogni ragionamento è inutile. Non c'è peggior sordo di che non vuol sentire. Certo che il Sindaco di Omegna ancora una volta non ha fatto una bella figura. I suoi cittadini cosa ne pensano?. |

Ho gia precedentemente citato decisioni, normative, leggi di altri stati che affermano esattamente l'opposto. Il prof. dichiara che non ci sono evidenze circa i rischi per la salute dei campi elettromagnetici privi di effetti termici. Vorrei solo citare tre fatti che lo smentiscono : - In Francia dal 1990 ad oggi sono quadruplicati i casi di tumori al cervello. .- Nelle ricerche indipendenti dell'Istituto Ramazzini di Bologna e del National Toxicology Program statunitense legati il primo alle emissioni delle antenne e il secondo dei cellulari risultano chiare evidenze dell'aumento dei tumori al cervello e al cuore nei ratti sottoposti a radiazioni. - La Francia ha vietato l'utiizzo del WI - FI negli Asili Nido e Scuole Materne e lo ha rigorosamente regolamentato nelle altre. |

Rocco, Vedo che in conclusione prende atto che i limiti di campo elettromagnetico fissati dalla risoluzione 1815 del 2011 del Consiglio d'Europa siano 0.6 V/m e 0,2 v/m come obiettivo di qualità. Quindi il limite italiano di 6 V/m non è affatto cautelativo. Avrà notato che il documento del Consiglio d'Europa ha come obiettivo quello di minimizzare i campi elettromagnetici considerati pericolosi per le persone e più in gemerale per l'ambiente. Vedo che adesso si arrampica sugli specchi asserendo che il documento è politico. Politica è tutto cio che riguarda la convivenza civile (guardi l'etimologia della parola) e il Consiglio d'Europa nella risoluzione riconosce con chiarezza l'esistenza dell'elettrosensibilita ai campi elettromanetici e invita i Paesi membri a prestare particolare attenzione alle persone elettrosensibili. Il 22 maggio verrà a Verbania uno dei ricercatori dell'Istituto Ramazzini a parlare delle conclusioni della ricerca effettuata sul pericolo dei campi elettromagnetici.. Mi farà piacere conoscerla. |

The Assembly regrets that, despite calls for the respect of the precautionary principle and despite all the recommendations, declarations and a number of statutory and legislative advances, there is still a lack of reaction to known or emerging environmental and health risks and virtually systematic delays in adopting and implementing effective preventive measures. Waiting for high levels of scientific and clinical proof before taking action to prevent well-known risks can lead to very high health and economic costs, as was the case with asbestos, leaded petrol and tobacco. 7. Moreover, the Assembly notes that the problem of electromagnetic fields or waves and their potential consequences for the environment and health has clear parallels with other current issues, such as the licensing of medication, chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals or genetically modified organisms. It therefore highlights that the issue of independence and credibility of scientific expertise is crucial to accomplish a transparent and balanced assessment of potential negative impacts on the environment and human health. 8. In light of the above considerations, the Assembly recommends that the member states of the Council of Europe: 8.1. in general terms: 8.1.1. take all reasonable measures to reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields, especially to radio frequencies from mobile phones, and particularly the exposure to children and young people who seem to be most at risk from head tumours; 8.1.2. reconsider the scientific basis for the present standards on exposure to electromagnetic fields set by the International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection, which have serious limitations, and apply ALARA principles, covering both thermal effects and the athermic or biological effects of electromagnetic emissions or radiation; 8.1.3. put in place information and awareness-raising campaigns on the risks of potentially harmful long-term biological effects on the environment and on human health, especially targeting children, teenagers and young people of reproductive age; 8.1.4. pay particular attention to “electrosensitive” people who suffer from a syndrome of intolerance to electromagnetic fields and introduce special measures to protect them, including the creation of wave-free areas not covered by the wireless network; 8.1.5. in order to reduce costs, save energy, and protect the environment and human health, step up research on new types of antenna, mobile phone and DECT-type device, and encourage research to develop telecommunication based on other technologies which are just as efficient but whose effects are less negative on the environment and health; 8.2. concerning the private use of mobile phones, DECT wireless phones, WiFi, WLAN and WIMAX for computers and other wireless devices such as baby monitors: 8.2.1. set preventive thresholds for levels of long-term exposure to microwaves in all indoor areas, in accordance with the precautionary principle, not exceeding 0.6 volts per metre, and in the medium term to reduce it to 0.2 volts per metre; 8.2.2. undertake appropriate risk-assessment procedures for all new types of device prior to licensing; 8.2.3. introduce clear labelling indicating the presence of microwaves or electromagnetic fields, the transmitting power or the specific absorption rate (SAR) of the device and any health risks connected with its use; 8.2.4. raise awareness on potential health risks of DECT wireless telephones, baby monitors and other domestic appliances which emit continuous pulse waves, if all electrical equipment is left permanently on standby, and recommend the use of wired, fixed telephones at home or, failing that, models which do not permanently emit pulse waves; 8.3. concerning the protection of children: 8.3.1. develop within different ministries (education, environment and health) targeted information campaigns aimed at teachers, parents and children to alert them to the specific risks of early, ill-considered and prolonged use of mobiles and other devices emitting microwaves; |

Riguardo al punto 8.2.1 questi sono i limiti. I calcoli che indichino che il 5G li superino dove sono ? Noto anche il punto 8.1.5. "allo scopo di ridurre i costi, risparmiare energia, e proteggere l’ambiente e la salute umana, incrementino la ricerca su nuovi tipi di antenne, telefoni mobili e dispositivi DECT (cordless), ed incorag- gino la ricerca a sviluppare telecomunicazioni basate su altre tecnologie che siano efficienti ma abbiano minimi effetti negativi sull’ambiente e la salute; " In cui rientra in pieno il 5G (ha emissioni minori delle tecnologie precedenti, non viene emesso costantemente in tutte le direzioni ma mirato dove si trovano i ricettori e modulato secondo se serve effettivamente o meno) |

The Parliamentary Assembly has repeatedly stressed the importance of states’ commitment to preserving the environment and environmental health, as set out in many charters, conventions, declarations and protocols since the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment and the Stockholm Declaration (Stockholm, 1972). The Assembly refers to its past work in this field, namely Recommendation 1863 (2009) on environment and health: better prevention of environment-related health hazards, Recommendation 1947 (2010) on noise and light pollution, and more generally, Recommendation 1885 (2009) on drafting an additional protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights concerning the right to a healthy environment and Recommendation 1430 (1999) on access to information, public participation in environmental decision-making and access to justice – implementation of the Ǻrhus Convention. 2. The potential health effects of the very low frequency of electromagnetic fields surrounding power lines and electrical devices are the subject of ongoing research and a significant amount of public debate. According to the World Health Organization, electromagnetic fields of all frequencies represent one of the most common and fastest growing environmental influences, about which anxiety and speculation are spreading. All populations are now exposed in varying degrees to electromagnetic fields, the levels of which will continue to increase as technology advances. 3. Mobile telephony has become commonplace around the world. This wireless technology relies upon an extensive network of fixed antennae, or base stations, relaying information with radio-frequency signals. Over 1.4 million base stations exist worldwide and the number is increasing significantly with the introduction of third generation technology. Other wireless networks that allow high-speed Internet access and services, such as wireless local area networks, are also increasingly common in homes, offices and many public areas (airports, schools, residential and urban areas). As the number of base stations and local wireless networks increases, so does the radio-frequency exposure of the population. 4. While electrical and electromagnetic fields in certain frequency bands have wholly beneficial effects which are applied in medicine, other non-ionising frequencies, whether from extremely low frequencies, power lines or certain high frequency waves used in the fields of radar, telecommunications and mobile telephony, appear to have more or less potentially harmful, non-thermal, biological effects on plants, insects and animals as well as the human body, even when exposed to levels that are below the official threshold values. 5. As regards standards or threshold values for emissions of electromagnetic fields of all types and frequencies, the Assembly strongly recommends that the ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principle is applied, covering both the so-called thermal effects and the athermic or biological effects of electromagnetic emissions or radiation. Per quanto riguarda gli Schwannomi cardiaci, non ci sono differenze significative tra il gruppo di controllo (non esposto a radiazioni) di ratti femmina e quello esposto a radiazioni. Mentre il gruppo maschile presenta la stranezza che nel gruppo di controllo non ci sono stati del tutto casi (mentre avrebbero comunque essercene stati). Per quanto riguarda i gliomi cerebrali la differenza c'è stata solo tra il gruppo di controllo e quello esposto maschile, non in quello femminile (il che a me fa venire qualche dubbio sulla correttezza delle procedure e dei risultati.) * Sull'elettrosensibilità il Consiglio d'Europa si è limitato ad invitare gli stati a seguire l'esempio della Svezia, ma non ha legiferato ulteriormente in materia. Riguardo alla Svezia stessa non riconosce come malattia l'elettrosensibilità, ma la riconosce come causa di invalidità classificandola come "intolleranza ambientale idiopatica" (“idiopathic environmental intolerance”, vedi https://eloverkanslig.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/the-nordic-adaptation-of-classification-of-occupationally-related-disorders-icd-10.pdf a pagina 33). Questo tipo di classificazione è esattamente quella proposta dall'OMS (vedi pag. 49): viene riconosciuto che la persona presenta dei sintomi di malessere ma non la causa ("Per sottolineare che la condizione non ha un'eziologia accettata: suggeriamo di “etichettare” la malattia/sintomo con il codice R69 “Sconosciute o non specificate cause di morbosità” ("To underscore that the condition has no accepted aetiology: We suggest to “tag” the disease/symptom code with R69 “Unknown and unspecified causes of morbidity”", p. 49) |

Rocco, La ricerca dell'Istituto Ramazzini di Bologna è stata condotta sulle emissioni della telefonia mobile 2G, 3G, 4G infatti la frequenza massima utilizzata è quella di 1,8 GHz che è di ambito 4G . L'intensità dei campi elettromagnetici utilizzati è stata 1000 volte inferiore a quella del NTP statunitense. Le due ricerche durate 10 anni e uno studio epidemiologico inglese sono giunti alle stesse conclusioni.; aumento significativo dei tumori alla membrana nervosa che ricopre le cellule cardiache e di quelli del cervello. Il 5G emanerà microonde dall'etere con 18.000 satelliti e da terra con milioni di antenne. il 5G è stato autorizzato senza alcun studio preliminare sulle possibili conseguenze sulla salute tenendo conto che interagirà con 2G, 3G, 4G. Sul discorso degli elettrosensibili ho citato le decisioni prese dal Parlamento europeo e dal Consiglio d'Europa che riconosce l'elettrosensibilità come malattia invalidante. L'Italia si deve attenere a q:este decisioni. Siccome le avevo gia scritto in merito e lei mi ripete che l'OMS non riconosce l'elettrosensibilità come malattia le ribadisco che noi dobbiamo attenerci alle decisioni della CEE. Ho un caro Amico e sua moglie che fanno parte del nostro Comitato che hanno una figlia elettrosensibile. La ragazza ha dovuto abbandonare la città di nascita e andare a vivere in una zona di campagna lontana da antenne, cavi di alta tensione , wi - fi. Non puo spostarsi in treno a causa della presenza del Wi-Fi e neppure entrare in banca. Quando il 5G coprirà il 98% del territorio dove potranno vivere i milioni di elettrosensibili? |

Non amo giudicare le opinioni altrui ne offendere con epiteti come "Vergognoso" o altro. Non sono abituato ad oltraggiare i miei interlocutori ma ad argomentare le mie opinioni. Ma le risponderò sperando che lei legga quanto le scrivo. I limiti di legge non sono un dogma ma sono stabiliti dai legislatori. Cosi per i campi elettromagnetici il limite italiano è di 6 V/m il limite tedesco di 61 V/m. Ma il llimite italiano prima era calcolato in un intervallo di 6 minuti, ovvero era la media dei valori rilevati nell'arco di 6 minuti. Il governo Monti ha stabilito che avrebbe dovuto essere la media dei dati rilevati in 24 ore. Ovviamente la prima misura era la più cautelativa. Il Consiglio d'Europa ha indicato come valore da porsi come obiettivo quello di 0,6 V/m e come obiettivo di qualità 0,2 V/m. Il valore non è casuale ma deriva da studi e ricerche legate al rapporto campi elettromagnetici e salute delle persone. Non sto a risponderle sul Procurato allarme. poteva risparmiarsi sinceramente una affermazione senza alcun fondamento che non mi intimorisce minimamente. Le rispondono le sentenze della magistratura che riconoscono il nesso tra campi elettromagnetici e patologie tumorali o le ordinanze di Sindaci e Commissari Prefettizi. Dr. Giuliani earned his laurea cum laude in mathematics on 1974 and served as Assistant and Lecturer at the Institute of Mathematics, 1st University of Rome (1974). Dr. Giuliani has been conducting research on radioprotection for over 30 years. From 1975 to 1982, he worked at the Personnel Dosimetry Lab of ENPI (Italian Labour Ministry) whose film dosimetry method and film and TLD procedures were employed to monitor over 40.000 IR exposed workers in Italy. Since affiliating with ISPESL (a department within the Italian Health Ministry), his main professional interests have been worker protection against non-ionizing radiation and electrical and magnetic fields. Since 1988, he has monitored radiofrequency antennas and co-location facilities as well as high voltage power lines. Non mi sono mai permesso di offendere ne minacciare velatamente qualsiasi persona che la pensasse diversamente da me. E pretendo nella maniera più assoluta il rispetto che io ho sempre praticato con ogni interlocutore.. Diffido chiunque da utilizzare nei miei riguardi un linguaggio offensivo e oltraggioso.
