Il Prof. Martin L. Pall, Professore emerito di Biochimica e di Scienze Mediche di Base della Washington State University, ha inviato alle istituzioni europee e statunitensi una revisione di studi che dimostrano la pericolosità della tecnologia 5G. Con le prove però: lei continua a parlare di studi sui CEM, che conosco, ma che non sono sul 5G. Le ricordo che anche gli orologi, le lampadine, i computer, le radiosveglie, le nostre automobili, tutto insomma crea CEM. Fanno male? Aspetto le prove, come attendo ancora le prove che il 5G faccia male. Il problema non sono i CEM, ma più nello specifico: lei sta facendo una battaglia su quali prove specifiche? Non l'ho ancora capito. Ah già, lei si riferisce allo studio Ramazzini, giusto. Bene, verrà a Verbania uno degli autori di questo studio e spiegherà questo studio. Le ho già scritto, e non sono il solo, che questo studio è controverso. E comunque è ovvio che i CEM facciano male, come fa male anche l'acqua (se ne beve 6 litri in breve tempo), come fa male anche l'ossigeno (a determinate condizioni), come fa male la stupidità (purtroppo quella sempre). Da educato continuo a non capire i fondamenti della sua protesta, e visto che proteste senza fondamenti fanno allarmismo, e stiamo vedendo cosa sta provocando l'allarmismo proprio in questi giorni per il problema virus, sono fortemente incazzato verso chi diffonde allarme. Come continuo a dire, ma lei continua a non fare, e comunque è un passaggio ulteriore rispetto a quanto ho scritto prima, si prenda un misuratore CEM e verifichi lei quanto esce dalle diverse sorgenti. Lasciare fare agli altri è demagogico, continuare a dare addosso solo per sentito dire o perché altri (solo alcuni e solo per aspetti diversi) affermano una tesi, senza mettersi in gioco (lei lo dice di me ma non lo fa minimamente) è veramente da () (questo non è un linguaggio rozzo, in effetti mi spiace per alcuni toni ma veramente NON può comportarsi come sta facendo, ma se ne rende conto che sta parlando per fede???). Comitato Stop 5G incontra Marchionini - 28 Febbraio 2020 - 03:10Comitato stop 5G VCOSignor Damiano Guerra, Quando si discute e si argomentano delle tesi bisogna avere la capacità e l'intelligenza di sapersi mettere in discussione di saper ascoltare le argomentazioni altrui. , Ci sono innumerevoli studi, ricerche indagini epidemiologiche che evidenziano i rischi dei campi elettromagnetici ad alta e bassa frequenza. Ho citato, in un mio precedente scritto, la decisione 1815 del 2011 del Consiglio D'Europa e l'ho riprodotta nella stesura originale in lingua inglese. La Comunità europea ha commissionato uno studio che riguarda i rischio CEM per bambini e adolecscenti: è ormai terminato da alcunu anni ma non viene pubblicato. A maggio verrà a Verbania uno dei massimi ricercatori dell'Istituto Ramazzini di Bologna a spiegare i risultato della ricerca decennale che ha riguardato i rischi delle antenne per la telefonia mobile. lo IARC considera i campi elettromagnetici possibili Cancerogeni. Sono una persona educata e rispettosa delle altrui idee. A me non sale mai "alcun istinto omicida", il linguaggio rozzo arrogante e volgare per favore se lo tenga per lei. |
AstroNews: Due novità astronomiche preoccupanti - 25 Febbraio 2020 - 10:26Parole di saggezzaMi viene in mente una frase letta in un libro molti anni fa e che più o meno diceva che ormai si è giunti al punto in cui la possibilità puramente tecnologica di realizzazione viene scambiata per autorizzazione a metterla in atto. Ecco, la sempre maggiore complessità del mondo viene bypassata tagliando fuori la quasi totalità degli umani, pochi uomini si arrogano diritti che nessuno a loro dato: Altro, dei tanti esempi che si potrebbero fare, e di cui si è parlato recentemente pure qui, è il 5G, praticamente non c'è stato alcun tipo di valutazione preventiva. Ci si fissa giustamente sull'acqua che pure per me dovrebeb essere unicamente pubblica, però questo concetto andrebbe esteso all'atmosfera per le frequenze radio e alle altezze maggiori dove orbitano i satelliti, e ovvio in questo ultimo caso le cose si complicano ancora di più perché a livello nazionale poco si può incidere. Anche quella roba che viene chiamata democrazia, e di cui ci si vanta, è a me pare divenuta un fantoccio, le decisioni vengono prese da poche entità le quali hanno enorme potere di persuasione sui rappresentanti politici (quelli alle leve di comando), i quali non rappresentano più i cittadini ma potentati economici, finanziari. Quindi Betelgeuse avrebbe iniziato a morire nel 1378, anno di nascita di Christian Rosenkreutz, per cui la "casa del gigante" muore e potrebbe nel contempo nascere l'uomo nuovo spirituale rappresentato dal simbolo Christian Rosenkreutz. Una mia innovativa interpretazione esoterica che vi dono ;-) Colgo l'occasione per inondare d'amore colei che rinsecchisce nel suo orticello. |

Ho gia precedentemente citato decisioni, normative, leggi di altri stati che affermano esattamente l'opposto. Il prof. dichiara che non ci sono evidenze circa i rischi per la salute dei campi elettromagnetici privi di effetti termici. Vorrei solo citare tre fatti che lo smentiscono : - In Francia dal 1990 ad oggi sono quadruplicati i casi di tumori al cervello. .- Nelle ricerche indipendenti dell'Istituto Ramazzini di Bologna e del National Toxicology Program statunitense legati il primo alle emissioni delle antenne e il secondo dei cellulari risultano chiare evidenze dell'aumento dei tumori al cervello e al cuore nei ratti sottoposti a radiazioni. - La Francia ha vietato l'utiizzo del WI - FI negli Asili Nido e Scuole Materne e lo ha rigorosamente regolamentato nelle altre. |

Rocco, Vedo che in conclusione prende atto che i limiti di campo elettromagnetico fissati dalla risoluzione 1815 del 2011 del Consiglio d'Europa siano 0.6 V/m e 0,2 v/m come obiettivo di qualità. Quindi il limite italiano di 6 V/m non è affatto cautelativo. Avrà notato che il documento del Consiglio d'Europa ha come obiettivo quello di minimizzare i campi elettromagnetici considerati pericolosi per le persone e più in gemerale per l'ambiente. Vedo che adesso si arrampica sugli specchi asserendo che il documento è politico. Politica è tutto cio che riguarda la convivenza civile (guardi l'etimologia della parola) e il Consiglio d'Europa nella risoluzione riconosce con chiarezza l'esistenza dell'elettrosensibilita ai campi elettromanetici e invita i Paesi membri a prestare particolare attenzione alle persone elettrosensibili. Il 22 maggio verrà a Verbania uno dei ricercatori dell'Istituto Ramazzini a parlare delle conclusioni della ricerca effettuata sul pericolo dei campi elettromagnetici.. Mi farà piacere conoscerla. |

The Assembly regrets that, despite calls for the respect of the precautionary principle and despite all the recommendations, declarations and a number of statutory and legislative advances, there is still a lack of reaction to known or emerging environmental and health risks and virtually systematic delays in adopting and implementing effective preventive measures. Waiting for high levels of scientific and clinical proof before taking action to prevent well-known risks can lead to very high health and economic costs, as was the case with asbestos, leaded petrol and tobacco. 7. Moreover, the Assembly notes that the problem of electromagnetic fields or waves and their potential consequences for the environment and health has clear parallels with other current issues, such as the licensing of medication, chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals or genetically modified organisms. It therefore highlights that the issue of independence and credibility of scientific expertise is crucial to accomplish a transparent and balanced assessment of potential negative impacts on the environment and human health. 8. In light of the above considerations, the Assembly recommends that the member states of the Council of Europe: 8.1. in general terms: 8.1.1. take all reasonable measures to reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields, especially to radio frequencies from mobile phones, and particularly the exposure to children and young people who seem to be most at risk from head tumours; 8.1.2. reconsider the scientific basis for the present standards on exposure to electromagnetic fields set by the International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection, which have serious limitations, and apply ALARA principles, covering both thermal effects and the athermic or biological effects of electromagnetic emissions or radiation; 8.1.3. put in place information and awareness-raising campaigns on the risks of potentially harmful long-term biological effects on the environment and on human health, especially targeting children, teenagers and young people of reproductive age; 8.1.4. pay particular attention to “electrosensitive” people who suffer from a syndrome of intolerance to electromagnetic fields and introduce special measures to protect them, including the creation of wave-free areas not covered by the wireless network; 8.1.5. in order to reduce costs, save energy, and protect the environment and human health, step up research on new types of antenna, mobile phone and DECT-type device, and encourage research to develop telecommunication based on other technologies which are just as efficient but whose effects are less negative on the environment and health; 8.2. concerning the private use of mobile phones, DECT wireless phones, WiFi, WLAN and WIMAX for computers and other wireless devices such as baby monitors: 8.2.1. set preventive thresholds for levels of long-term exposure to microwaves in all indoor areas, in accordance with the precautionary principle, not exceeding 0.6 volts per metre, and in the medium term to reduce it to 0.2 volts per metre; 8.2.2. undertake appropriate risk-assessment procedures for all new types of device prior to licensing; 8.2.3. introduce clear labelling indicating the presence of microwaves or electromagnetic fields, the transmitting power or the specific absorption rate (SAR) of the device and any health risks connected with its use; 8.2.4. raise awareness on potential health risks of DECT wireless telephones, baby monitors and other domestic appliances which emit continuous pulse waves, if all electrical equipment is left permanently on standby, and recommend the use of wired, fixed telephones at home or, failing that, models which do not permanently emit pulse waves; 8.3. concerning the protection of children: 8.3.1. develop within different ministries (education, environment and health) targeted information campaigns aimed at teachers, parents and children to alert them to the specific risks of early, ill-considered and prolonged use of mobiles and other devices emitting microwaves; |

Riguardo al punto 8.2.1 questi sono i limiti. I calcoli che indichino che il 5G li superino dove sono ? Noto anche il punto 8.1.5. "allo scopo di ridurre i costi, risparmiare energia, e proteggere l’ambiente e la salute umana, incrementino la ricerca su nuovi tipi di antenne, telefoni mobili e dispositivi DECT (cordless), ed incorag- gino la ricerca a sviluppare telecomunicazioni basate su altre tecnologie che siano efficienti ma abbiano minimi effetti negativi sull’ambiente e la salute; " In cui rientra in pieno il 5G (ha emissioni minori delle tecnologie precedenti, non viene emesso costantemente in tutte le direzioni ma mirato dove si trovano i ricettori e modulato secondo se serve effettivamente o meno) |

The Parliamentary Assembly has repeatedly stressed the importance of states’ commitment to preserving the environment and environmental health, as set out in many charters, conventions, declarations and protocols since the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment and the Stockholm Declaration (Stockholm, 1972). The Assembly refers to its past work in this field, namely Recommendation 1863 (2009) on environment and health: better prevention of environment-related health hazards, Recommendation 1947 (2010) on noise and light pollution, and more generally, Recommendation 1885 (2009) on drafting an additional protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights concerning the right to a healthy environment and Recommendation 1430 (1999) on access to information, public participation in environmental decision-making and access to justice – implementation of the Ǻrhus Convention. 2. The potential health effects of the very low frequency of electromagnetic fields surrounding power lines and electrical devices are the subject of ongoing research and a significant amount of public debate. According to the World Health Organization, electromagnetic fields of all frequencies represent one of the most common and fastest growing environmental influences, about which anxiety and speculation are spreading. All populations are now exposed in varying degrees to electromagnetic fields, the levels of which will continue to increase as technology advances. 3. Mobile telephony has become commonplace around the world. This wireless technology relies upon an extensive network of fixed antennae, or base stations, relaying information with radio-frequency signals. Over 1.4 million base stations exist worldwide and the number is increasing significantly with the introduction of third generation technology. Other wireless networks that allow high-speed Internet access and services, such as wireless local area networks, are also increasingly common in homes, offices and many public areas (airports, schools, residential and urban areas). As the number of base stations and local wireless networks increases, so does the radio-frequency exposure of the population. 4. While electrical and electromagnetic fields in certain frequency bands have wholly beneficial effects which are applied in medicine, other non-ionising frequencies, whether from extremely low frequencies, power lines or certain high frequency waves used in the fields of radar, telecommunications and mobile telephony, appear to have more or less potentially harmful, non-thermal, biological effects on plants, insects and animals as well as the human body, even when exposed to levels that are below the official threshold values. 5. As regards standards or threshold values for emissions of electromagnetic fields of all types and frequencies, the Assembly strongly recommends that the ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principle is applied, covering both the so-called thermal effects and the athermic or biological effects of electromagnetic emissions or radiation. Moreover, the precautionary principle should be applied when scientific evaluation does not allow the risk to be determined with sufficient certainty. Limiti cautelativi di esposizione alle microonde nelle scuole Di Aldo Domenico Ficara - 01/07/2016 L’Assemblea Parlamentare del Consiglio d’Europa con risoluzione 1815 del 27 maggio 2011 applicando un principio prudenziale raccomanda agli Stati Membri, in particolar modo per quanto riguarda la protezione dei bambini, organismi in evoluzione a maggior rischio di contrare malattie degenerative, di svolgere tramite i vari Ministeri (educazione, ambiente e salute) campagne specifiche di informazione dirette a insegnanti, genitori e alunni per allertarli sui rischi specifici sull’utilizzo precoce, sconsiderato e prolungato di cellulari e altri dispositivi che emettono microonde; e per i bambini in generale e in particolare nelle scuole, nelle classi, si dia la preferenza a connessioni internet cablate, regolando severamente l’uso dei cellulari da parte degli alunni nei locali della scuola. Inoltre la risoluzione del Consiglio d’Europa sopra riportata invita i Paesi membri a fissare limiti cautelativi di esposizione alle microonde per lungo termine ed in tutti gli ambienti indoor, in accordo con il Principio di Precauzione, che non superino gli 0,6 Volt/metro e nel medio termine ridurre questo valore a 0,2 V/m. La risoluzione del Parlamento europeo del 4 settembre 2008 dal titolo “Valutazione intermedia del piano d’azione europeo per l’ambiente e la salute 2004/2010” enuncia l’aumento dei casi di elettrosensibilità e raccomanda di “ridurre l’esposizione alle radiazioni elettromagnetiche”. |

Quindi un uomo di notevole intelligenza. Ho scritto che era dirigente dell'Ispesl e ricercatore sui campi elettromagnetici e questo risulta ampiamente dal suo profilo. * Riguardo a Giuliani ha scritto " Livio Giuliani, dirigente Ricercatore ISPESL ...", senza ulteriori aggiunte si assume che lo sia ancora (mentre non lo è più da 14 anni). Sul fatto che avere una laurea in matematica con 110 e lode significhi automaticamente essere molto intelligenti mantengo dubbi (io ho una laurea con 110 e lode in informatica, ma non penso di esserlo) * Riguardo allo studio del Ramazzini la rimando all'articolo di altroconsumo che ho linkato sopra. Per quanto riguarda gli Schwannomi cardiaci, non ci sono differenze significative tra il gruppo di controllo (non esposto a radiazioni) di ratti femmina e quello esposto a radiazioni. Mentre il gruppo maschile presenta la stranezza che nel gruppo di controllo non ci sono stati del tutto casi (mentre avrebbero comunque essercene stati). Per quanto riguarda i gliomi cerebrali la differenza c'è stata solo tra il gruppo di controllo e quello esposto maschile, non in quello femminile (il che a me fa venire qualche dubbio sulla correttezza delle procedure e dei risultati.) * Sull'elettrosensibilità il Consiglio d'Europa si è limitato ad invitare gli stati a seguire l'esempio della Svezia, ma non ha legiferato ulteriormente in materia. Riguardo alla Svezia stessa non riconosce come malattia l'elettrosensibilità, ma la riconosce come causa di invalidità classificandola come "intolleranza ambientale idiopatica" (“idiopathic environmental intolerance”, vedi https://eloverkanslig.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/the-nordic-adaptation-of-classification-of-occupationally-related-disorders-icd-10.pdf a pagina 33). Questo tipo di classificazione è esattamente quella proposta dall'OMS (vedi pag. 49): viene riconosciuto che la persona presenta dei sintomi di malessere ma non la causa ("Per sottolineare che la condizione non ha un'eziologia accettata: suggeriamo di “etichettare” la malattia/sintomo con il codice R69 “Sconosciute o non specificate cause di morbosità” ("To underscore that the condition has no accepted aetiology: We suggest to “tag” the disease/symptom code with R69 “Unknown and unspecified causes of morbidity”", p. 49) |
