Dr. Giuliani has been conducting research on radioprotection for over 30 years. From 1975 to 1982, he worked at the Personnel Dosimetry Lab of ENPI (Italian Labour Ministry) whose film dosimetry method and film and TLD procedures were employed to monitor over 40.000 IR exposed workers in Italy. since affiliating with IsPEsL (a department within the Italian Health Ministry), his main professional interests have been worker protection against non-ionizing radiation and electrical and magnetic fields. since 1988, he has monitored radiofrequency antennas and co-location facilities as well as high voltage power lines. He contributed to the adoption of the Italian government exposure guidelines (Decree 1998/381) and, in recognition of his contributions, he was named “father of the 6 V/m (0,1W/m2 ) RF/MW limit” by the national press (La Repubblica, 20/1/2003, Corriere della sera etc.) He provided the scientific rationale for the Italian framework of restriction that govern public EMF exposure which the Italian Government recommended that the EU Council adopt on October 1998, instead of the ICNIRP framework. Chi vuole andare in bicicletta per qualsiasi motivo, purtroppo subisce l'inquinamento degli altri mezzi e fin qui c'è poco da fare ma soprattutto subisce la "prepotenza" degli altri mezzi di trasporto. sicuramente la mobilità s'è evoluta ma le automobili non hanno sostituito gli altri mezzi ma li hanno relegati "prepotentemente" ad un ruolo di inferiorità.

La pista ciclabile serve per chi deve portare il cane a fare i bisogni, alla badante che porta il vecchietto sulla sedia a rotelle a prendere aria, al papà che porta il bambino per insegnargli ad andare in bicicletta, alla famigliola che fa il giretto a piedi e anche, a chi va in bicicletta con tutta tranquillità.

Considerando che questo tipo di fissaggio deve essere a prova di mondo e quindi non parliamo di un cestino installato nel nostro giardino, considerando anche che sotto lo strato di asfalto di circa 3 cm dovrebbe esserci uno strato di pietrisco compattato e poi direttamente la terra, penso che per ottenere la soluzione migliore (anche considerando il costo) di fissaggio, si debba procedere così: effettuare col trapano con la punta da 8 o 10 mm lunga 30-40 cm 4 buchi (non perpendicolari al terreno ma leggermente inclinati all'interno) in corrispondenza dei fori presenti sulla base del cestino Prendere una barra filettata d'acciaio da 8 o 10 mm e col flessibile fargli una punta come una freccia Infilare la barra nel buco e martellarla nel terreno finché si può. Tagliare la barra lasciando lo spessore della piastra, della rondella, di un dado e di un dado con testa a cupola. Ripetere l'operazione per i 4 buchi. C'era anche l'avvocato di fiducia degli Agnelli (ora mi sfugge il nome...) che finito il CDA tornava a fare gli affari proprio nel suo studio legale. Di per sé un'eventuale ordine del CDA di cercare nuovi soci per la società (e quindi nuovi capitali) è pacifico e non è illegale. E' diventato illegale quando la valutazione delle azioni era falsata da perizie poco attendibili e da una serie di azioni, tra cui ostacolo alla vigilanza bancaria e falso in bilancio, messe in atto da chi comandava e non dal CDA scaricando il lavoro sporco sugli ignari dipendenti delle filiali.
