The Parliamentary Assembly has repeatedly stressed the importance of states’ commitment to preserving the environment and environmental health, as set out in many charters, conventions, declarations and protocols since the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment and the Stockholm Declaration (Stockholm, 1972). Mobile telephony has become commonplace around the world. This wireless technology relies upon an extensive network of fixed antennae, or base stations, relaying information with radio-frequency signals. Over 1.4 million base stations exist worldwide and the number is increasing significantly with the introduction of third generation technology. Other wireless networks that allow high-speed Internet access and services, such as wireless local area networks, are also increasingly common in homes, offices and many public areas (airports, schools, residential and urban areas). As the number of base stations and local wireless networks increases, so does the radio-frequency exposure of the population. 4. While electrical and electromagnetic fields in certain frequency bands have wholly beneficial effects which are applied in medicine, other non-ionising frequencies, whether from extremely low frequencies, power lines or certain high frequency waves used in the fields of radar, telecommunications and mobile telephony, appear to have more or less potentially harmful, non-thermal, biological effects on plants, insects and animals as well as the human body, even when exposed to levels that are below the official threshold values. 5. As regards standards or threshold values for emissions of electromagnetic fields of all types and frequencies, the Assembly strongly recommends that the ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principle is applied, covering both the so-called thermal effects and the athermic or biological effects of electromagnetic emissions or radiation. Quindi un uomo di notevole intelligenza. Ho scritto che era dirigente dell'Ispesl e ricercatore sui campi elettromagnetici e questo risulta ampiamente dal suo profilo. Dr. Giuliani earned his laurea cum laude in mathematics on 1974 and served as Assistant and Lecturer at the Institute of Mathematics, 1st University of Rome (1974). Dr. Giuliani has been conducting research on radioprotection for over 30 years. From 1975 to 1982, he worked at the Personnel Dosimetry Lab of ENPI (Italian Labour Ministry) whose film dosimetry method and film and TLD procedures were employed to monitor over 40.000 IR exposed workers in Italy. Since affiliating with ISPESL (a department within the Italian Health Ministry), his main professional interests have been worker protection against non-ionizing radiation and electrical and magnetic fields. Since 1988, he has monitored radiofrequency antennas and co-location facilities as well as high voltage power lines. He contributed to the adoption of the Italian government exposure guidelines (Decree 1998/381) and, in recognition of his contributions, he was named “father of the 6 V/m (0,1W/m2 ) RF/MW limit” by the national press (La Repubblica, 20/1/2003, Corriere della Sera etc.) He provided the scientific rationale for the Italian framework of restriction that govern public EMF exposure which the Italian Government recommended that the EU Council adopt on October 1998, instead of the ICNIRP framework. The Italian Government recommendation to the EU was written according to the May 5, 1994 and March 10, 1999 EU Parli, ament Resolutions, and the precautionary principle was also applied as the basis for the EU EMF protection framework (EU Council Recommendation 1999/519, which did not include the Italian and EU Parliament suggestions, but refers to marginal issues). He was senior researcher (1996), Chief of research programs (1998) and has directed the Radiation and Ultrasounds Research Unit of ISPESL up to the present time. He is chief of the East Veneto and South Tirol Department of ISPESL (2000), where he has lead a large EMF research program, with the participation of scientific institutions like the Italian National Council of Researches (CNR, Bologna and Rome Labs), the Italian Nuclear Energy Committee (ENEA, Frascati), the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN, Milano University Section), the Cancer Researches Institute of the B. Ramazzini Foundation (Bologna) and others, concerning both fundamental and the phenomenological issues of the interaction between EMF and biological systems. He is a professor on contract to teach Bioelectromagnetics at the Higher School of Biochemestry of Camerino University, He has published several papers in international scientific magazines. He served on the world Health Organization’s Precautionary Principle Working Group and has made presentations at many international meetings. Vogliamo continuare ad avere la fabbrica nel centro della città? Sì. Le fabbriche portano ricchezza trasformando ad esempio metallo a 2 e/kg in lavatrici a 30 e/kg, personale che cresce professionalmente, buoni stipendi con i turni regolarmente pagati, maternità e malattia garantite. Cosa porta il commercio? Un gran movimento di soldi senza alcuna ricchezza. Soldi che escono dal cliente che entrano nelle tasche del negoziante che si trattiene una minima parte perché il restante confluisce nelle FABBRICHE che producono i beni. Commessi con stipendi minimi e obbligati a festività e straordinari a volte non retribuiti. Piccolo appunto: Ikea apre esclusivamente dove c'è un bacino più grande ed in prossimità degli svincoli, media world è ad un passo dal fallimento.

Bisogna tenere presente, che la Signora Sindaca, ha impegnato ingenti risorse economiche per rilanciare Verbania in The world, Giro d'Italia dai reali costi coperti dal "Top Secret". A fronte di questo, si è vista in prima serata, su rete nazionale, componenti a dir suo della minoranza, che in cerca di visibilità hanno raccontato fatti non veri! In primis, c'è da chiedersi in quale Verbania la Signora Sindaca vive!... Tutto rosa e azzurro? Credo che in Italia, ciascun cittadino abbia il diritto di manifestare....libertà d'opinione, pensiero etc....Chi presente alla trasmissione, si è presentato come cittadino e non come politico!!!! La realtà è che difronte a situazioni gravemente scomode, c'è sempre una schiera di persone che vuole metterle sotto il tappeto....come se la sporcizia si potesse nascondere! Una brava massaia, dopo aver ripulito il pavimento, getta la sporcizia! L'unica strumentalizzazione politica messa in atto, è quella del Signor Sindaco che tiene molto alla poltrona e si vede, perché teme per la Sua,di lei,IMMAGINE! Molti complimenti a chi ha avuto il coraggio di denunciare pubblicamente, la reale situazione locale.

Posso solo augurarti "buon viaggio" mi dispiace che ti sia accorta solo ora di come gira il VCO...nonostante tanto studiare vedo che hai sempre creduto a babbo natale, che i cattivi vadano in prigione, che la legge e uguale x tutti,..,che alla fine arrivano i nostri..che i buoni vincono sempre....mi ripeto BENVENUTA NEL MONDO REALE...io x sfortuna o fortuna (dipende) ho sempre lavorato da qndo avevo 14 anni e appena ho potuto via...dalla pozzanghera del VCO...Buona fortuna
